




**Job Objective** Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the proper execution of **recruitment, personnel administration, document control, payroll incidents, and employee assistance** processes, in compliance with current labor regulations and the company’s internal policies. **3. Functions and ResponsibilitiesA. Recruitment and Selection** * Post job openings on authorized job boards and platforms. * Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. * Coordinate interviews with department heads. * Compile candidate files. * Track the hiring process. **B. Personnel Administration** * Create, update, and safeguard physical and digital employee files. * Manage contracts, renewals, and employment documentation. * Record employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. * Support onboarding and welcome processes. **C. Payroll and Incidents** * Enter payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, leave requests, medical leaves). * Verify attendance records and vacation control. * Assist in payroll calculation and review (as per role scope). **D. Labor Control and Compliance** * Support procedures before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other government agencies (if applicable). * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. * Support internal or external HR audits. **E. Employee Assistance** * Address employee inquiries regarding HR processes. * Channel employee requests and requirements. * Support internal events, training, and workplace climate initiatives. **4. Authority** * Handle and safeguard confidential employee information. * Propose improvements to HR administrative processes. * Carry out tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor. **5. Internal and External Relationships** * **Internal:** All departments within the company. * **External:** Job boards, HR service providers, government agencies (where applicable). **6. Position Profile Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. **Experience** * 1–2 years in similar positions.
