Restaurant is hiring: Position: Hot Kitchen and Oven Objective: To have all ingredients, recipes, and menu items prepared through work in the kitchen, bars, or any area of the establishment to ensure smooth store operations. Responsibilities: Follow preparation lists, supplies, mise en place Carry out tasks assigned by Head Chef and Manager Handle inventory using the PEPS system; store all ingredients on shelves, in storage areas, and refrigerators in a clean and organized manner. Portion products and/or ingredients according to weight specifications for cooking Washing and disinfecting fruits and vegetables according to Distintivo Punto Limpio standards Comply with NOM 251 regulations Perform basic kitchen tasks such as reducing sauces, blanching foods, etc. Prepare all menu items achieving top-quality results. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen; wash dishes, clean utensils, equipment, facilities, take out garbage, clean restrooms, and perform other cleaning tasks. Support special services, industrial food production, events, catering, etc. Perform any other duties required for branch operations.
