MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR A leading industrial-sector company is seeking to hire a Maintenance Coordinator with solid experience in industrial maintenance and an advanced level of English to enable effective communication with international suppliers, participation in specialized technical support, and coordination of activities related to foreign-sourced equipment and services. Job Objective Coordinate and ensure the execution of the plant’s preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, guaranteeing equipment reliability, operational continuity, and achievement of performance indicators. Additionally, serve as the technical liaison with domestic and international suppliers to address requirements, provide specialized support, and manage improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Ensure availability and reliability of plant equipment and facilities. Administer and update maintenance plans using SAP. Analyze maintenance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions. Coordinate activities between internal technical personnel and external suppliers. Manage technical support requests with manufacturers and international suppliers. Participate in meetings, trainings, and technical communications in English. Lead initiatives focused on operational efficiency, reduction of downtime, and optimization of resources. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards. Required Profile Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or related degree. Experience coordinating maintenance in industrial environments. Solid knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Experience managing maintenance plans and indicators. Proficiency in SAP or other maintenance management systems. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. Ability to conduct technical conversations with foreign suppliers. Ability to understand technical documentation, manuals, and procedures in English. Experience participating in meetings and tracking projects with international suppliers.
