Position Summary: We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser with experience in display, planogram management, styling, and leading promotional teams to implement visual presentation guidelines and staff training. Staff training We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser Requirements: 3 years of experience in visual merchandising and display Proficiency in planograms, product rotation, and display setup Experience leading promotional teams Knowledge of fashion, styling, and outfit coordination (men's, women's, and kids') Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Willingness to travel Responsibilities: Implementation of visual presentation guidelines and manuals Display setup and mannequin handling Staff training Preparation of reports We Offer: Starting salary: $15,000 MXN monthly gross Statutory benefits Direct employment contract with the company Fixed rest day on Sundays + 1 additional day off per month No work on public holidays Schedule: Monday to Saturday (rotating shifts between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.) Apply now and we’ll schedule your interview immediately. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 3 years of experience Age: between 27 and 45 years old Knowledge: Fashion knowledge, Brand positioning, Visual merchandising Keywords: merchandiser, retailer, merchandiser, merchant
