Resolves labor conflicts and proposes improvements **Requirements:** * Age: 35 to 45 years old. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions * Flexible working hours * Results-oriented work * Ability to work under pressure * Teamwork skills * Leadership skills * Accountability **Responsibilities:** * Administer the staff onboarding and hiring process according to established procedures. * Monitor recruitment and selection processes promptly. * Ensure coverage of Induction, Orientation, and Welcome activities. * Supervise and implement staff vacation schedules, coordinating with respective departments to ensure adherence to the defined schedule. * Supervise and monitor accurate recording of staff attendance. * Guarantee high-quality service from the Human Capital department by addressing internal customer needs and exceeding their expectations. * Ensure compliance with workplace discipline as governed by the Internal Regulations and internal policies and procedures. * Ensure timely implementation of scheduled salary increases. * Prepare reports arising from Human Resources administrative processes. * Investigate, analyze, and propose solutions regarding turnover and absenteeism causes. * Timely process staff enrollments and terminations via IMSS and payroll with Administration. * Ensure timely payment of severance settlements. * Resolve labor conflicts. **We Offer** * Weekly salary * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Professional development program Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings box * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program Work Location: On-site employment
