We are looking for a talented **METROLOGY TECHNICIAN III (Second shift)** to join our team in **Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.** **Skills:** * GD\&T experience, CMM programming, and operation of 3D equipment (e.g., Handy, Romer, Metrascan). * Proficiency in software such as PC\-DMIS, Polyworks, Minitab, and Excel. * Ability to create detailed data tables and technical charts. * Significant hands-on experience in dimensional metrology, operation of advanced measurement equipment, and technical support to engineering teams. * Practical knowledge of tools such as Minitab and Excel, as well as interpretation of advanced drawings (GD\&T). **Responsibilities:** * Perform product testing and analysis using various measurement methods and equipment, ensuring result validity. * Develop, document, and automate test procedures, applying industry best practices and standards. * Provide technical support for measurement and test equipment (M\&TE) operation, including training and assistance to the engineering team. * Actively participate in inter-laboratory comparisons and uncertainty studies related to measurements or calibrations. * Maintain the laboratory’s quality system, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and operates per international standards. * Manage procurement and maintain laboratory resources. * Support continuous improvement activities and collaborate on developing laboratory quality strategies. * Perform advanced interpretation of engineering drawings and technical charts, and provide support for 3D measurement equipment and CMM programming.
