Administrative staff is required for the Cost and Budgeting Department. Position Objective Responsible for preparing, analyzing, and controlling quotations and budgets for carpentry and furniture projects, ensuring cost accuracy, proper scope integration, and technical-administrative support for national and international projects—primarily with the U.S. team. Academic Background (Related Fields) * Architecture * Civil Engineering * Industrial Engineering * Industrial Design (with proven experience in costing) * Technical programs related to construction, carpentry, or manufacturing Essential Technical Requirements * Comprehensive preparation of quotations and budgets. * Development of work generators. * Integration and analysis of unit price matrices. * Analysis of direct, indirect, and overhead costs. * Technical and economic comparisons of suppliers. Carpentry and Furniture * Proven experience in architectural carpentry and/or custom furniture. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, hardware, and finishes. * Ability to interpret carpentry drawings and assembly diagrams. Bidding and Contracts * Experience in public and private tenders. * Review of tender documents, scopes of work, item catalogs, and technical annexes. * Administrative follow-up of proposals and clarifications. * Reading and interpretation of contracts. Software * Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). * Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). * AutoCAD (reading drawings and quantity take-offs). * Desirable: SketchUp, Revit, or SolidWorks. English * Minimum written English proficiency of 60% (mandatory). * Ability to draft technical emails and read specifications. * Conversational English desirable.
