Field Collections Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a field collections officer to negotiate with customers, generate payment commitments, and recover accounts. Key Highlights: 1. Desirable experience in delinquent account recovery 2. Familiarity with the city and results-oriented mindset 3. Customer negotiation and account recovery Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (with a 1.5-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Responsibilities: Field collections, customer negotiation, generation of payment commitments, and account recovery : * Completed high school education (desirable). * Must own a motorcycle or vehicle (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Experience in early-stage, charged-off, or extrajudicial delinquent account recovery (desirable). * Familiarity with the city / Results-focused. : * Base salary of $9,451.20 gross per month, paid biweekly. * Training bonus of $1,200.00 per month for two months. * Productivity bonus of $3,000 fixed for six months, paid biweekly; after six months, this bonus continues as long as productivity targets are met. * Excellent uncapped commission scheme — earn up to $15,000 or more in commissions per month (details explained during the second interview with the manager). * Weekly gasoline allowance ($350.00). * IMSS (100% coverage from day one). * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, profit sharing, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT). * Enhanced benefits (life insurance, employee loans at preferential rates, uniform).
