Collaborative culture based on shared values CBRE is the world's leading firm in real estate consulting, marketing, services, and maintenance. **Carpenter Assistant.** Location: (Los Mochis, Boulevard Centenario) Schedule: Fixed shift from 7:00 – 15:00 or 14:00 – 22:00 hrs, with one fixed weekday off per week. **Requirements:** Completed junior high school or high school diploma. 1–2 years of experience in general maintenance and/or trades. **Responsibilities:** * Furniture repair, rail installation, drawer maintenance, applying laminates to furniture, installing plastic corner guards along furniture perimeters, operating power and hand tools. * Use of drill, saw, jigsaw, handsaw, coping saw, compressor for varnishing. **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment, driving progress for businesses and individuals.
