**Level:** Managerial – Senior **Location:** Sinaloa (El Rosario). **Area:** Agricultural Production. **Required Experience:** 10 years in agricultural operations, production, crop management and personnel administration. **Position Purpose** Plan, direct, and control agricultural production operations to ensure achievement of organizational performance, quality, efficiency, and profitability goals, guaranteeing optimal use of human, material, financial, and technological resources under sustainability standards, applicable Mexican regulations, and good agricultural practices. **2. Main Responsibilities.** **A. Planning and Strategy** * Develop the **master agricultural production plan**, considering crop cycles, weather forecasts, resource availability, and commercial targets. * Define strategies to increase yields, pest control, water use efficiency, fertilization, and agronomic improvements. * Analyze agricultural market trends to align production with commercial demand. **B. Operational Management** * Supervise and coordinate all **stages of the agricultural cycle**: soil preparation, planting, irrigation, fertilization, phytosanitary control, harvesting, and post-harvest. * Ensure compliance with **GAP**, GMP, and national (SENASICA) and international phytosanitary regulations as applicable. * Guarantee the operation of agricultural machinery, irrigation systems, storage infrastructure, and internal transportation. **C. Resource Management** * Manage the **annual agricultural department budget**, controlling production costs, inputs, labor, and maintenance. * Administer inventories of seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals, and tools. * Optimize the use of resources (water, energy, materials) to increase profitability. **D. Personnel Management** * Lead operational and technical teams: foremen, supervisors, operators, field crews, and temporary staff. * Coordinate recruitment, training, evaluation, and development processes for agricultural personnel. * Promote a safe, organized work environment compliant with agricultural safety regulations. **E. Control and Quality** * Monitor key agricultural performance indicators (KPIs): * Yield per hectare * Costs per crop * Irrigation efficiency * Harvest timing * Post-harvest shrinkage and loss * Implement continuous improvement plans. * Ensure product quality meets commercial and regulatory standards. **F. Regulatory Compliance** Maintain documentation and reports for internal and external audits. Knowledge of current agronomic laws and regulations.
