Position Responsibilities: * Develop and implement internal policies and procedures related to human talent management. * Handle weekly personnel incidents. * Prepare and process weekly payroll previews. * Conduct recruitment and selection processes. * Implement staff training and development programs. * Manage personnel files. * Mediate internal personnel matters. * Experience with ISO9001.
