Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of server administration, networks, databases, and technical support. Proficiency in implementing and managing CONTPAQi systems (Accounting, Payroll, Billing, and Commercial). Knowledge of data backups, antivirus, firewalls, and contingency plans. Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Main Responsibilities Supervise the operation and performance of servers, databases, networks, and enterprise applications. Provide technical support and assistance to administrative staff. Manage data backups and security of company equipment and systems. Coordinate strategies for cybersecurity, antivirus, and firewalls. Implement and monitor CONTPAQi systems. Ensure operational continuity of the technological infrastructure. We Offer Monthly salary of $20,000 MXN, negotiable based on experience. Statutory benefits. 1% savings fund. 35% vacation bonus starting from the second year. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
