Position Mission: Develop a mobile/tablet application that allows technicians and operators to register pest and disease incidents in crops with photos and geo-reference; send data in real time to the server when connectivity is available; generate dashboards and alerts for the technical team and feed a database for analysis. Requirements: * Student in the final semesters of Systems/Software Engineering, Mechatronics or related field. * Minimum technical skills: mobile or progressive web programming, basic database management, use of Git. * Desirable: experience in geolocation, basic image handling (compression), interest in phytopathology or integrated pest management. * Attitude: curious, responsible, proactive, willing to work in the field at a greenhouse. Responsibilities: * Design and develop usable apps for tablets and phones to capture pest and disease incidents. * Implement offline/online synchronization and image management. * Integrate geolocation and association of pest and disease incidents in greenhouses. * Deliver technical documentation and a user manual.
