




Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting or administration professional with social security experience to manage calculations, transactions, and reports with various institutions. Opportunities for professional development and continuous training **Mandatory Requirement** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the social security area * Advanced level of Excel, SUA, and knowledge of payroll software usage **Responsibilities:** * SUA and FONACOT calculations, difference calculations, review and reconciliation of claim adjustments. * Transactions with IMSS and monthly reporting of executed transactions. * Review of biweekly INFONAVIT and FONACOT withholdings, cross-checking of active employees. * Review of IMSS\-INFONAVIT compliance opinions. * Registration of employer accounts with IMSS and FONACOT. * Social cost calculation, various procedures before IMSS, creation of spreadsheets for requested reports and statements. * Use of virtual desktop, INFONAVIT business portal and IDSE, submission of INFONAVIT cause statements, IMSS clarifications. * Prior SUAS reports * Completion of ST\-7, tracking of disabilities. * Submission of quarterly ICSOE and SUSUB informational reports, generation of worksheets for information entry. * Generation of monthly and bimonthly payments. * Review, verification, and entry of INFONAVIT credits, etc. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Biweekly salary * Opportunities for professional development * Continuous training and development programs * Inclusive and collaborative work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
