Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** Controller Coordinator Mexico **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * Coordinate the monthly accounting closing process, ensuring proper execution of reconciliations, accounting controls, and timely preparation of complete financial statements. * Coordinate and monitor external and internal audit processes, guaranteeing timely and accurate provision of required information. * Ensure compliance with information obligations toward public agencies and regulatory bodies, in accordance with applicable regulations. * Ensure compliance with financial standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, ideally under control frameworks such as SOX. * Provide accounting support and advisory services to various business areas, collaborating on account analysis and correct application of accounting principles. * Analyze the implementation and application of new internal and external accounting standards, ensuring their proper adoption across company processes. * Develop, update, and ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and policies. * Lead and develop the work team, managing technical, administrative, and motivational aspects of the team under supervision. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives and team development, promoting strengthening of competencies required for each role. **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
