




Job Summary: Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory standards and quality in the execution of construction projects. Defining and implementing quality plans for construction projects Job Objective Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the construction company’s Quality Management System, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory, contractual, and customer requirements, as well as quality in the execution of construction projects. Main Responsibilities Quality Management System * Administer and maintain the company’s Quality Management System. * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. * Manage internal and external audits. * Coordinate corrective and preventive actions arising from audits or nonconformities. * Maintain up-to-date system documentation (procedures, forms, records). Quality Control in Projects * Define and implement quality plans for construction projects. * Supervise quality inspections and testing on site. * Coordinate management of nonconformities and corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications, standards, and contracts. Continuous Improvement * Analyze quality performance indicators. * Implement continuous improvement tools and problem-solving techniques. * Coordinate root cause analysis and follow-up of corrective actions. Coordination and Training * Train staff on quality-related topics and management system processes. * Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors. * Promote a quality culture within the organization.
