Each spare part, tool, consumable, or equipment delivered on time can make the difference between continuous operation or one hour of downtime. We are seeking a **Warehouse Assistant at Mulatos Mine**, a responsible, organized individual willing to support the control, arrangement, receipt, and delivery of materials within the warehouse area, contributing to order, safety, and operational efficiency. **Job Objective** Support the receipt, arrangement, safeguarding, control, and supply of spare parts, tools, PPE, consumables, oils, lubricants, and warehouse materials, ensuring physical order of the area, proper recording of incoming and outgoing movements, and availability of supplies for the maintenance workshop and mine operations. Key Responsibilities * Support in receiving materials, spare parts, tools, PPE, and consumables. * Arrange and organize materials according to instructions from the warehouse clerk or area supervisor. * Support in picking and delivering materials to operational and maintenance personnel. * Record basic incoming and outgoing material movements. * Maintain the warehouse area clean, orderly, and safe. * Support physical counts, inventories, and stock reviews. * Identify damaged, missing, or mislocated materials and report them promptly. * Support control of tools, consumables, oils, and lubricants. * Comply with established safety guidelines within the mine. * Follow instructions, processes, and internal controls of the area. **Education:** * Completed junior high school or high school. * Technical degree preferred but not required. **Experience:** * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse, workshop, construction, or mining is preferred. * Candidates with limited experience but strong attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn are also considered. **Desired Knowledge:** * Basic warehouse control. * Handling and organizing materials. * Basic identification of tools, spare parts, or consumables. * Use of PPE. * Safety in operational areas. * Support in physical inventories. **What We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * **21 x 7** work schedule. * Job stability. * Accommodation and meals at camp. * Structured and professional work environment. * Participation in high-impact operational projects. * Opportunities for growth within the warehouse, maintenance, and operations areas.
