Position Summary: We are seeking talent to join our team in the Workshop position, with experience in vehicle fleet administration, database management, Excel, and an exceptional service-oriented attitude. Communication and support to sales and distribution areas Heineken Mexico is looking for talent to join our team in the Workshop position. We seek a candidate with experience in vehicle fleet administration (trucks and automobiles) and proficiency in database management to efficiently manage preventive and corrective maintenance services, as well as monitor service-level compliance with external workshops. Additionally, strong Excel skills and an exceptional service-oriented attitude are essential, as you will maintain constant communication and provide support to various sales and distribution areas of Heineken Mexico. · Requirements for this position: Prior experience in vehicle fleet administration and database management. Intermediate level of Excel (pivot tables; Power BI is desirable). Completed undergraduate degree with official diploma (no incomplete degrees). Proficiency in operating standard automobiles and valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel. Service-oriented attitude toward various sales and distribution areas. Ability to analyze reports and make strategic decisions regarding fleet vehicle flow and availability. Skills: Strong sense of urgency Good communication skills Problem-solving ability Use of digital tools for unit tracking. Monitoring of KPIs.
