Description
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Human Resources Generalist capable of comprehensively managing key HR functions: recruitment and selection, training, organizational development, labor relations, and personnel administration.
***Key Responsibilities:***
* Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
* Manage onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers within the workforce.
* Oversee personnel file management, incident tracking, and payroll in collaboration with the Administration department.
* Support the design and implementation of training and development programs.
* Address workplace climate issues and channel organizational conflicts.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations.
* Participate in internal and external audits related to HR.
* Support the implementation of performance evaluations.
* Participate in strategic HR projects.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in similar positions.
* Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, Income Tax (ISR), and labor regulations.
* Experience with payroll systems and recruitment platforms (preferred).
* Experience in recruitment, labor relations, and personnel administration.
* Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
* Intermediate Excel proficiency and analytical skills.
* Valid driver's license.
* Standard vehicle operation capability (mandatory).
* Frequent travel.

Salary: $25,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month
