Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or transportation. Intermediate\-advanced English **Main Responsibilities:** Coordination and scheduling of shipments. Tracking of ongoing shipments. Customer service and support throughout the logistics process. **Skills:** Organization, multitasking, delegation ability **Schedule:** Second shift Monday to Friday, 4:20 PM to 1:40 AM **Compensation and Benefits:** Initial base salary: $480 MXN per day (initial) Quarterly variable compensation based on performance indicators (starting after indefinite-term contract begins, following 180 days). Benefits exceeding legal requirements from day one: 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo). 50% vacation premium. 12 days of profit-sharing (PTU) for the first two years (increases with seniority).
