Opportunity for growth in networking/telecommunications Job Description: We are looking for a Network Technical Support professional with knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and network equipment to support our installation team and ensure proper network operation. The selected candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving connectivity incidents, as well as configuring and maintaining network equipment (preferably MikroTik and Ubiquiti). This position is ideal for someone passionate about technology, with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, who wishes to grow in the field of networking and telecommunications. Requirements: \* Solid networking knowledge (IP, subnets, DHCP, NAT, etc.). \* Preference for experience or knowledge of MikroTik (RouterOS). \* Proficiency with point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless equipment (Ubiquiti, Cambium, etc.). \* Communication skills. \* Flexible availability Main Responsibilities: \* Provide technical support to Installation Technicians (on-site, phone, and remote). \* Configure, monitor, and maintain network equipment, preferably MikroTik. \* Diagnose and resolve connectivity and wireless link issues. \* Assist in installation and maintenance of infrastructure (towers, links, nodes). \* Document service reports and network updates. Employment Type: Part-Time Work Schedule: \* Includes weekends \* 6-hour shifts Experience (Preferred): \* Technical support in networking or telecommunications: 1 year. \* Basic router configuration and administration (preferably MikroTik). \* Handling of wireless equipment (Ubiquiti, Cambium, etc.). \* User or customer support (on-site and remote). \* Connectivity issue diagnosis and resolution.
