Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring proper preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities, coordinating changes and repairs to guarantee optimal store operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of equipment and facilities. 2. Coordination of store image and programs. 3. Management of reports and payments to suppliers. Education: High School / Technical Degree Work Experience: 2 to 3 years Knowledge of tools, electricity, plumbing, and painting. Ensure proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, maintain all equipment in working condition, including equipment in active stores and new store openings. Job Objectives Track and upload reports to the GIM system, resolving technical and store image issues in the most effective manner. Coordinate store image updates, layout changes, and seasonal store programs. Diagnose, request, and repair equipment (e.g., refrigeration, air conditioning, coffee machines, hydro-pneumatic systems, equipment automation). Preventive and corrective maintenance of interior and exterior finishes. Management of supplier payments related to maintenance. Request materials for repairing failures and correcting anomalies identified in stores. Adhere to the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule assigned by the Maintenance and Construction Manager in coordination with the Regional Manager. Support in collection and transportation of merchandise supplies and accessories to the region.
