




Position Summary: We are seeking a Hydraulic Coordinator with leadership and discipline to supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and pumping systems. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in preventive and corrective maintenance management. 2. Supervision of pumping systems and regulatory compliance. 3. Team management, safety, and operational reporting. We are looking for a **Hydraulic Coordinator** (Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical, Mechanical-Metallic, or Industrial Maintenance) with strong leadership and discipline to supervise and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of electrical and pumping systems, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations and the safety of personnel under their supervision. ### **Main Responsibilities** * **Maintenance Management:** Develop and monitor the annual preventive and corrective maintenance program. * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate supervisor activities, design shift roles, manage incidents, and schedule training. * **Operational Control:** Supervise pumping systems (tanks, filtration, chlorination) and monitor consumables/spare parts usage. * **Safety and Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure implementation of safety measures, participate in drills, and guarantee adherence to organizational processes. * **Reporting:** Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and manage requisitions (RQ). ### **Required Profile (Requirements)** * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **PLC** and electrical control. * Low-voltage electrical systems (**127, 220, and 480 VAC**). * Use of submersible and centrifugal pumping equipment. * **Regulations (Mandatory):** * **NOM\-127\-SSA1\-2021** (Drinking Water). * **NOM\-001\-SEMARNAT** and **NOM\-003\-SEMARNAT** (Wastewater). * **NOM\-002\-STPS**, **NOM\-154\-SCFI**, and **NFPA** standards. * **Tools:** Proficiency in **Office** suite and familiarity with imperial and international units of measurement. * **Competencies:** Orderliness, cleanliness, discipline, and personnel management capability. ### **Economic Offer and Benefits** * **Monthly Salary:** $24,500 Gross. * **Primary Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 hrs. * **Days Off:** Saturdays and Sundays (Availability for **on-call duty on 2 weekends per month**). * **Benefits and Perks:** * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Optional savings account. * Cafeteria service. * Transportation (round-trip). * Uniforms. * All statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, etc.). * Access to FONACOT credit.
