Proficiency in NOM-001-SEDE-2012 and NFPA 70E regulations We are seeking an **Electrical Coordinator** (Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical background) with a strong sense of leadership and discipline to supervise and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational reliability of electrical and pumping systems, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations and personnel safety under their supervision. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Maintenance Management:** Develop and monitor the annual preventive and corrective maintenance program. * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate supervisor activities, design shift roles, manage incidents, and schedule training. * **Operational Control:** Supervise pumping systems (water tanks, filtration, chlorination) and monitor consumables/spare parts usage. * **Safety and Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure implementation of safety measures, participate in drills, and guarantee adherence to organizational processes. * **Reporting:** Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and manage requisitions (RQ). ### **Technical Knowledge:** * **Power and Distribution Systems:** Operation and maintenance of electrical substations, transformers, and automatic transfer switchboards. * **Power Quality:** Handling low- and medium-voltage systems ($127, 220, 440$, and up to $13\.8$ kV), capacitor banks, and emergency power plants. * **Automation and Control:** PLC programming and diagnostics, variable frequency drives (VFD), and motor control centers (MCC). * **Critical Infrastructure:** Supervision of industrial lighting systems, grounding systems, and lightning protection systems. ### **Regulatory Requirements (Mandatory):** * **NOM\-001\-SEDE\-2012:** Electrical Installations (Utilization). * **NOM\-029\-STPS:** Maintenance of electrical installations in workplaces (safety conditions). * **NOM\-022\-STPS:** Static electricity in workplaces. * **NFPA 70E Standards:** Electrical safety in the workplace and international color-coding standards. ### **Tools and Management:** * **Software:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel for energy consumption reporting); familiarity with design software (AutoCAD) for interpreting single-line diagrams is desirable. * **Measurement Instruments:** Expert use of multimeters, clamp ammeters, megohmmeters (meggers), and thermal imaging cameras. ### **Competencies:** * **Leadership:** Ability to coordinate technical crews and external contractors. * **Safety Focus:** Rigorous application of **LOTO** (Lockout/Tagout) protocols. * **Administration:** Management of critical spare parts inventories and adherence to preventive/predictive maintenance plans. ### **Compensation and Benefits** * **Gross Monthly Salary:** $30,587\.11 * **Primary Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 hrs. * **Days Off:** Saturdays and Sundays (availability required for **one weekend on-call per month**). * **Benefits and Perks:** * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Optional savings box. * Cafeteria service. * Transportation (round-trip). * Uniforms. * All statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, etc.). * Access to FONACOT credit.
