Support HR administrative processes Job Description: **Job Objective** Ensure timely vacancy coverage through efficient recruitment and selection processes, guaranteeing attraction of suitable candidates for operational positions (mine and local sites). **Responsibilities** * Post job openings on various platforms. * Recruit and select personnel (field and office). * Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and follow up. * Compile and review personnel files. * Coordinate interviews and hiring processes. * Follow up with candidates until onboarding. * Field recruitment (posting, leafleting, job fairs). * Support HR administrative processes. * Manage candidate databases. * Meet vacancy coverage targets. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree. **We Offer** * Base salary: $12,000 MXN (tax-free) * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training * Growth opportunities * Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience. * Preferred experience in operational or mining personnel recruitment. * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with candidates. * Organizational and follow-up skills. * Basic computer proficiency. * Flexible working hours.
