Opportunity for growth and continuous training Job Description: **Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise Human Resources processes, ensuring achievement of recruitment, personnel administration, and employee support objectives, guaranteeing timely vacancy coverage and smooth operational functioning. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably certified) in Human Resources, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience in recruiting personnel for mining operations or security guards (desirable). * Experience in personnel management and team leadership. * Knowledge of recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. * Proficiency in HR metrics (KPIs) and reporting. * Experience in employee support (onboarding, offboarding, severance settlements, and labor-related inquiries). * Administrative process organization and follow-up. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the recruitment and selection process (local vacancies and mining positions). * Ensure timely and appropriate vacancy coverage. * Coordinate the recruitment team and monitor their performance. * Provide employee support (onboarding, offboarding, severance settlements, and labor-related inquiries). * Develop and monitor recruitment and turnover metrics (KPIs). * Maintain and administer employee personnel files. * Coordinate mine onboarding (documentation, logistics, and follow-up). * Communicate with clients (companies/mines) regarding personnel follow-up. * Implement improvements in recruitment and HR processes. * Supervise compliance with internal policies. **We Offer** * Salary: **$16,000 MXN monthly, tax-free** * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunity * Job stability * Continuous training Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
