We work to deliver advanced and customized automation solutions, collaborating with various industrial sectors. **Position: Mechanical Design Engineer** **Requirements/Knowledge:** * Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * Experience in automotive tooling design (preferred). * Proven experience in welding tooling. * Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks. * Parametric modeling and use of configurations. * GD\&T (Geometric Dimensioning \& Tolerancing). * NAAMS standard. * Fixture and fixturing system design. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC, laser, waterjet). **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and model mechanical components in SolidWorks (parts, assemblies, and drawings). * Develop geometric fixtures (geo fixtures), clamping systems (clamps), and welded structures (weldments). * Generate production-level fabrication drawings, including tolerances and technical specifications. * Design tooling for welding processes: Spot (resistance) MIG Projection welding * Implement positioning systems (pin locating, datum systems). * Integrate components such as clamp arms, risers, shims, and rest units. * Ensure accuracy, repeatability, and accessibility in designs. * Apply the NAAMS standard in station and layout development. * Select standard components (clamps, pneumatic cylinders, sensors). * Design following DFM/DFA principles to ensure manufacturability. * Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize processes (CNC, laser cutting, waterjet). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Professional development * Excellent work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $27,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
