Ongoing training and internal career growth - Job Title: Delivery Driver - Location: Guaymas, Sonora - Working Hours: 8 hours per day - Travel Availability: 76% to 100% of the time General Job Objective: Distribute merchandise to customers while meeting service and cost requirements. Main Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service during merchandise delivery. - Achieve 100% on-time and in-full delivery performance while minimizing fuel expenses. - Report delivery status and tracking via mobile devices. - Complete trip settlements, submitting delivery and return documentation. - Collect cash payments and perform unloading maneuvers when required by the customer. Requirements: - Education: High school diploma (completed) - Experience: 1–4 years driving transportation vehicles (¼-ton, ½-ton, rabon, sprinter, krafter, etc.) - Driver’s License: Class B or C - Technical Knowledge: Route tracking technology (intermediate level), GPS and mobile device usage. Competencies: - Customer focus. - Compliance with standards. - Positive and service-oriented attitude.
