In collaboration with **FARMACOS NACIONALES (FANASA)**, we are seeking a ***Support Engineer for IT MAINTENANCE*** **Requirements:** * Age: 22 to 45 years **Education:** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computer Science and/or Computing, or related Information Technology field; graduated or intern **Minimum preferred experience for the position:** ***1*** *year of on-site support* **Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computer and printing equipment** * Technical support (network, Windows, internal software) * Infrastructure (physical network, switches, cabling, hardware diagnostics, computers, and printers) * Systems and applications (internal systems, PC configuration, access permissions) * Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software; troubleshooting machines using supplies and/or parts * Asset control (inventory of PCs, monitors, printers) * Provide necessary information to keep inventory updated by reporting any changes or movements to the corresponding department or within any designated system. **Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday \| Fixed day off: Sunday * 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **F**ANASA HERMOSILLO: Blvd. Luis Encinas J., Centro, 83000 Hermosillo, Son. **Salary:** * $12,000\.00 gross **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits * **IMPORTANT!
