Customs regulations and legislation. Monthly and annual federal tax filings (VAT, Income Tax). Import\-Export process and supervision of customs compliance, as well as adherence to clauses of the North American Free Trade Agreement. US Customs Cost Submission. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Oracle and SAP systems. Bilingual English \- Spanish · **Attributes:** Leadership, Analytical thinking, Problem solving, Effective communication, Teamwork capability, Resilience, Integrity. · Permanent work location in Hermosillo, Sonora. **Key Responsibilities:** · Coordinate the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial information for corporate decision-making. · Submit reports to headquarters as required. · Manage and reduce expenses to optimize resources. · Coordinate, using Oracle and SAP systems, control of standard costs, balance sheets, profit and loss reports, inventory reports, profit margins, expenses, budgeting, business plans, and other manufacturing metrics. · Coordinate audits. · Provide comprehensive cost analysis across the company and propose solutions to improve margins. · Implement continuous cost improvement aligned with productivity indicators. · Coordinate the annual business plan and monitor its execution to enhance operational performance. · Fulfill responsibilities outlined in the Quality Management System documentation. · Manage and maintain standard costs in ERP. · Analyze and evaluate the Finance Department’s operations. · Review and analyze Purchase Price Variance (PPV). · Conduct physical stocktaking and cyclic counts. · Direct and supervise physical inventory processes. · Investment evaluation. · Manage purchase order processes for domestic and foreign suppliers. · Comply with internal labor regulations and follow safety and hygiene provisions. · Participate in company-mandated training, instruction, and development courses.
