IC energy is seeking a leadership-oriented, passionate, and analytical professional to review and manage civil and electromechanical engineering documentation, with strong capabilities in identifying technical findings related to applied engineering for electrical substations and transmission lines. **Primary objective:** Develop iC energy’s Engineering and Commissioning Department. **Key responsibilities:** * Review of civil and electromechanical engineering for electrical substations and transmission lines. * Proficiency in identifying findings typical of verification processes for engineering documentation of major electrical equipment and construction engineering. * Establish and standardize internal processes for the Engineering and Commissioning department. * Develop and produce protection, control, and measurement wiring diagrams, as well as communication architectures for electrical substations ranging from 69 kV to 400 kV. * Prepare work schedules and monitor critical path activities for Engineering and Commissioning projects. * On-site supervision and witnessing of pre-operational testing and commissioning phases for electrical substations and transmission lines. * Witnessing and coordination of technical meetings with suppliers, manufacturers, and clients for review and acceptance of basic and detailed engineering for electrical substations and transmission lines. * Preparation and verification of quantities of electrical equipment and materials for electrical substation and transmission line projects, from the bidding stage through to commissioning. **Candidate profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. * Minimum verifiable experience of 3 years in electrical projects involving electrical substations and transmission lines. * Verifiable experience in preparing wiring diagrams. * Strong leadership, proactive, analytical, teamwork, and accountability skills. * Submission of portfolio containing wiring diagrams and photographic evidence of field experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), AutoCAD (basic level), and MS Project (basic level).
