Ensuring compliance with regulations and maintenance LEADING PERSONNEL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY RECRUITING FOR HERMOSILLO, SONORA TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR **Requirements:** Engineer or related field graduate. Familiarity with the city of Hermosillo. Flexible working hours. \*\*Preference given to candidates experienced in operating heavy-duty vehicles (tanker trucks, tractor-trailers, standard trucks with 7-speed direct transmission). **Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role as driver supervisor, fleet administration, vehicle tracking, fuel control, administrative management, among others.** **Job Responsibilities:** Ensure vehicles are equipped with all required accessories (first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, seat belts) necessary to fulfill service requirements. Record driver attendance and submit information to Human Resources personnel. Verify that drivers perform daily inspections of assigned vehicles (fluid levels, tire air pressure, vehicle documentation, air tank drainage, and internal/external cleaning). Verify that drivers maintain valid documentation (driver’s license and medical fitness certificate). Monitor fuel efficiency, load capacity, and authorized mileage promptly. Report any incidents before, during, and after service delivery. Request prior authorization from Logistics personnel to update trinomials in the system. Conduct, jointly with drivers, health assessments of vehicles under their responsibility. Record incidents occurring during services in the weekly report. Ensure timely and accurate execution of assignments loaded into SIGO. Ensure adherence to the weekly preventive and corrective maintenance schedule. Implement actions arising from resolutions to customer complaints. Ensure drivers complete scheduled training as defined by Human Resources personnel. Supervise drivers’ physical condition and professional appearance prior to service commencement. \*\*Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
