Experience in People Analytics and Employer Branding **Job Description** We are seeking a **Talent Attraction Coordinator**, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, as well as onboarding aligned with the organization’s talent management cycle. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for operational, administrative, and managerial positions * Post job vacancies and manage them across various talent attraction channels * Administer and coordinate psychometric and technical assessments * Track candidates through to hiring and personnel file integration * Coordinate the onboarding process * Generate and analyze recruitment, engagement, turnover, and performance reports and metrics * Actively participate in the talent management cycle **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field * +5 years of experience in recruitment and selection * Knowledge of competency-based interviews * Experience in the talent management cycle (career planning, succession planning, IDP) * Proficiency in networking tools and direct sourcing * Experience in People Analytics, Employer Branding, Candidate Experience, and Objective-Based Work (KPIs) * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $28,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Company phone * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
