We invite you to join us as **INVENTORY COORDINATOR** **Job Objective:** Ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations within agricultural fields, guaranteeing sufficient stock to meet user demand while simultaneously minimizing inventory-related costs. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper inventory management. * Supervise and coordinate warehouse supervisors. * Schedule and conduct random monthly warehouse audits. * Follow up on discrepancies identified during inventory counts. * Design and implement procedures to reduce and/or eliminate inventory discrepancies and variances. **Requirements:** * Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel) / Dropbox / ERP with inventory module. * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision or coordination. * Knowledge and experience: Warehouse and inventory management, stock management, replenishment, inventory systems, personnel supervision. * Ability to drive a standard vehicle. * Willingness to work in agricultural fields. * Willingness to travel.
