The candidate will be RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDRESSING AND FOLLOWING UP ON MINOR AND MAJOR BUILDING FACILITY FAILURES, ENSURING THEIR PROPER OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, AND OPTIMAL CONDITIONS FOR DAILY OPERATIONS. KNOWLEDGE OF BASIC PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND BASIC ELECTRICAL DIAGRAM READING. BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF TRADES SUCH AS HVAC, WELDING, ELECTRICITY, PLUMBING, AND MASONRY, AND TOOL USAGE. Commitment and availability required. Applicants may hold technical diplomas, high school diplomas, or trade certifications such as welding, electricity, plumbing, carpentry, or masonry, or HVAC.
