




Job Summary: Responsible for delivering excellent front desk service and customer/guest assistance during check-in and check-out, in accordance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Knowledge of hospitality and tourism trends **REQUIREMENTS:** Gender: Unrestricted English proficiency: Intermediate Age: 20\-35 \*Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Tourism or related field, or Technical Diploma in Tourism \*Minimum 1 year of experience in hotels of equal or higher category **KNOWLEDGE** \* Proficiency in basic office software and Front INNSIST system. \* Knowledge of hospitality industry tourism trends and customer service practices. \* General knowledge for handling emergency situations. \* Knowledge of telephone switchboard operations. **SKILLS** \* Proficiency in operating office equipment and computer systems. \* Interpersonal skills. \* Ability to handle complaints, situations under pressure, and emergencies. \* Internal and external communication skills. \* Agility in resolving routine and special situations. **FUNCTION:** Responsible for delivering excellent front desk service and attending to our customers and/or guests during check-in and check-out, adhering to the hotel’s quality standards, providing efficient, courteous, and seamless service, and clearly communicating all policies, procedures, programs, and special events relevant to the scope of duties.
