




Position Summary: WES Mexico is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support administrative tasks, attend to customers, and track warranty and repair processes. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in customer service and administrative activities. 2. Support in administrative activities and customer communication. 3. Tracking of warranties, quotations, repairs, and inventories. We are specialists in component-level repair and, due to growth, are seeking new talent to join our team as: **Administrative Assistant** Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative activities. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and email. * Experience in process tracking or information control (preferred). Responsibilities: * Assist with administrative tasks within the department. * Answer calls and provide customer service. * Track and monitor the status of warranties, quotations, and repairs. * Maintain communication with customers regarding the progress of their equipment or services. * Prepare and track shipping labels (FedEx, DHL, or other courier services). * Record and update information in administrative logs and reports. * Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on requested services. * Inventory tracking.
