Strengthening customer relationships and operational efficiency Requirements: Age: 22 years and older Gender: Unrestricted Education: Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field Objective: Ensure customer satisfaction through needs analysis and comprehensive management of the production process—from print planning through final delivery. Ensure development and execution of production and shipping plans with timely and accurate tracking, optimizing time and resources to guarantee on-time and in-full deliveries, thereby strengthening customer relationships and organizational operational efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Customer needs analysis 2. Production plan development 3. Timely tracking of planned printing output 4. Tracking of product delivery to the customer on time and in full 5. Customer data analysis 6.
