Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant with experience in general accounting, preparation of financial statements, tax calculation, and bank reconciliations to support financial decision-making. Support in financial reporting for decision-making. **We are looking for an Accountant!** **Position:** Accountant **Main Responsibilities:** * General accounting * Preparation of financial statements * Tax calculation and filing * Journal entry recording * Invoicing * Bank reconciliations * Payroll management * Audit coordination **Primary Responsibilities:** * Recording and analysis of accounting journal entries (revenues, expenses, and general ledger). * Bank reconciliations and account clean-up. * Monthly preparation of financial statements. * Support in monthly and annual closing processes. * Control and tracking of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Review and control of invoicing (CFDI). * Tax calculation and determination (VAT, Income Tax). * Coordination of internal and external audits. * Filing and control of accounting and tax documentation. * Support in financial reporting for decision-making **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (certified) * Minimum 2 years of experience * Knowledge of tax regulations (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT) * Proficiency in Excel and accounting software * Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Language: English Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,610\.72 \- $22,928\.40 per month Work Location: On-site employment
