Job Summary: Responsible for managing and supervising mechanical and metalwork construction projects, ensuring project progress and efficient resource management. Key Highlights: 1. Leads and manages the progress of mechanical and metalwork projects 2. Manages resources and ensures timely invoicing 3. Applies knowledge of regulations and fire protection systems Required Education: Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical and metalwork construction Specific Knowledge: Project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) PMI methodology (Desirable) Report preparation Job Responsibilities: *Ensures completion of construction work as agreed upon, on time and to specification *Receives materials at the job site *Submits periodic estimates for work invoicing *Manages assigned resources on site *Customer service Technical Knowledge: National regulations (STPS, applicable NOMs) and international standards (OSHA, NFPA, ISO). Fire protection systems Implementation and monitoring of ISO standards in construction (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001). Competencies: Leadership, teamwork, attention to detail, effective communication, proactivity, and ability to resolve field issues.
