The candidate will be responsible for coordinating personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, guaranteeing proper project execution and timely, compliant delivery. Responsibilities \* Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities. \* Execute and monitor the construction schedule. \* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers. \* Monitor physical and financial progress of the project. \* Verify compliance with drawings and specifications. \* Manage operational staff. \* Resolve technical and operational issues. \* Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. \* Prepare progress reports. \* Guarantee execution quality and minimize rework. \* Coordinate partial and final deliveries. Requirements \* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. \* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision and execution. \* Knowledge of: \* Construction control and supervision \* Drawing interpretation \* Project planning \* Cost and schedule control \* Construction processes \* Availability for flexible working hours and mobility as required by the project.
