Proactivity in project management Job Description We are seeking a Civil Engineer, Architect, or related professional with experience in construction control. The selected candidate will play a key role in the management, supervision, and administration of projects, ensuring compliance with costs and budgets. Responsibilities Administrative organization and control of projects. Payroll preparation. Logbook tracking. Control of construction expenses and budgets. Purchase authorization. Skills and Knowledge Proficiency in PC use and administrative tools. Positive attitude, responsibility, cooperation, and availability. Organization and proactivity in project management. Requirements Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Age: 23 years or older. Minimum 1 year of experience in construction control. We Offer Salary: $3,000 weekly, net. Statutory benefits. Opportunity for growth within a solid and expanding company. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm (including 1-hour lunch break). Saturday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm. Day off: Sunday. Work Location: Hermosillo, Sonora.
