Job Summary: Ensure compliance with quality standards in the production, packaging, and distribution of dietary supplements, in accordance with national and international regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure regulatory compliance with COFEPRIS for dietary supplements. 2. Develop and control documentation for management systems. 3. Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Development. **Objective.** Guarantee compliance with quality standards in the production, packaging, and distribution processes of dietary supplements, ensuring products meet national and international regulations and customer requirements. **Responsibilities.** * Ensure regulatory compliance with COFEPRIS for dietary supplements. * Develop, review, update, and control management system documentation (procedures, work instructions, records, manuals, forms). * Address, track, and close non-conformities and corrective action plans arising from audits and evaluations. * Generate certificates, specifications, regulatory documentation, etc. * Support internal and external audits. * Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Development to ensure raw materials and processes comply with established standards. * Supervise traceability of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products. * Review labeling requirements, technical specifications, and regulatory procedures. * Prepare, control, and update management system documentation. * Ability to perform risk analysis, root cause analysis, and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). * Technical knowledge of traceability, process validation, and labeling control. **Requirements.** * Bachelor's degree in Food Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacobiology, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in quality within the food or pharmaceutical industry.
