We are looking for an experienced arc welder (SMAW) to join ROALT's production team. The candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welds on stainless steel industrial parts and structures according to technical drawings and specifications, maintaining high safety standards and excellent finish. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform arc welding (SMAW) on stainless steel according to blueprints and specifications. * Prepare, clean, and align parts prior to welding (cutting, beveling, deburring). * Verify measurements and tolerances in coordination with the quality department. * Carry out penetration and finishing welds with uniform appearance and free of defects. * Record tasks and progress in production forms. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and wear PPE at all times. * Report any equipment, consumable, or part anomalies to the supervisor. * Assist in continuous process improvement and preventive equipment maintenance. **Requirements (Essential)** * Minimum 2 years of experience in arc welding (SMAW), preferably on stainless steel. * Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols. * Welding certification or training course (desirable). * Proficiency with basic workshop tools (grinder, angle grinder, drills, etc.). * Availability to work in an industrial plant and adhere to work schedules. * Age and physical condition suitable for handling moderate loads (lifting and positioning). * Education: High school or technical degree (preferably in welding or related field). * Teamwork attitude and commitment to safety.
