We boldly go. **Where is the work:** On\-Site (5 days) **What’s in it for you?** Plan, organize, direct, and control the plant’s comprehensive maintenance strategy covering infrastructure, electrical substation, HVAC, compressors, dryers, and supply of essential services to production lines, as well as predictive maintenance management, contractor coordination and supervision—achieved through efficient project preparation and execution, precise budget management, and implementation of effective administrative processes. In addition, management indicators will be continuously monitored and analyzed to improve equipment and facility performance, ensuring optimal operational conditions. Special projects driving innovation and enhancing organizational infrastructure will also be planned and executed. All of this aims to guarantee operational continuity and efficiency, as well as the well-being of all team members. **Where is the work:** This position is eligible for an on-site work schedule in Apodaca, Nuevo León. **What You’ll Do:** Annual Hoshin Kanri development evaluating historical indicators, setting new targets, objectives, challenges, action plans, managing resources for execution, and assessing indicator achievement. Coaching, Teaching \& Mentoring of personnel under your span of control. Plan, organize, direct, and control the annual maintenance activity plan. Development and implementation of cost-saving, support, and improvement projects. Active participation in CAPEX, VAVE, VSM, RIE, and AOP projects. Administration of professional development for personnel under your supervision. Compliance with applicable national and international policies, standards, and regulations such as ISO, UL, OHSAS, NOM, etc. Coordination of proper execution of OPEX problem-solving tools—including A3, BPS, Lessons Learned, and Just\-Do\-It—according to Maintenance Department standards. Administration of the BAS maintenance portal using standardized departmental procedures. Management of new spare parts registration in the warehouse, stock shortages, and reorder points. Management of resources and facilitation of necessary tools for improvement activities on existing equipment. Budget control, cost-benefit analysis, and expense reporting. Responsibility for self-development through company-provided resources. Ensure personnel performance aligns with PDC evaluations, providing timely feedback and guaranteeing teamwork and cross-departmental synergy. Prepare and develop your succession pipeline, with a technical and administrative skills development plan. Foster a teamwork and service-oriented culture toward our customers. Conduct feasibility analysis and infrastructure and service requirements assessment for new products and models entering our plant. Execution of requirements for new projects. Validation of layout modifications and equipment relocations. Identify needs and implement upgrades for facilities equipment. Planning and execution of building infrastructure-related projects. Negotiation and review of industrial park lease agreements. Design of building facilities for product transfers. Development of business cases and cash flow projections for infrastructure projects. Facilitation of high-impact PPM and CAPEX project approval processes. **What You’ll Bring:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. English language proficiency (B2\) Experience in maintenance and operation of low-, medium-, and high-voltage substations, compressors, dryers, line filters, chillers, pumps, air handlers, emergency generators; knowledge of TPM implementation, CMMS administration, NOM and NFPA standards, and ISO 9001, 14001, and ISO 50001 standards. International experience (project implementation, line transfers, product launches). Root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, control charts, JSA or IPERC development. Technical Competencies: Proficiency in operation and maintenance of high- and low-voltage substations, operational switching and circuit breaker restoration, knowledge of short-circuit calculations, protection coordination, single-line diagram preparation and interpretation, HVAC systems, and Tracer Summit (BAS) system. Experience maintaining low-, medium-, and high-pressure air compressors. Proficiency in oil dehydration and filtration processes. Strong knowledge of reciprocating, scroll, and screw compressors. Proficiency in chillers and heat exchange systems. CAD software proficiency. Preventive maintenance of low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical substations. Experience in water treatment and fire protection systems. Experience handling compressed gases and knowledge of applicable standards. Solid knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Knowledge of power quality and current official standards. Experience with renewable energy.
