Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Instructor or Trainer with experience in adult training methodologies to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in identifying training needs **Location:** Puebla **Work Area:** Cuautlancingo, Puebla **Requirements** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Pedagogy, Administration or related field). * Minimum of **1 year of experience as an instructor or trainer** (preferably in a Call Center environment). * Knowledge of **adult training and learning methodologies**. * Proficiency in digital tools (presentations, e-learning platforms). * Strong verbal communication and presentation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and deliver training programs. * Facilitate in-person and/or virtual training sessions. * Assess participants’ learning and performance. * Update training materials. * Collaborate with operational departments to identify training needs. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience * Statutory benefits * Professional development opportunities Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $14,025.06 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone Workplace: On-site employment
