




Restaurant chain is looking for: ***\*\*\*Human Resources Manager\*\*\**** What do we require? Age and gender: Indifferent Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, managing 150 to 200 employees distributed across branches, preferably in restaurant or mass consumer industries. Main responsibilities: 1\. Responsible for managing the budget allocated to the department. 2\. Develop and update job descriptions and organizational charts. 3\. Establish performance indicators for each position together with the Operations and Administration Manager. 4\. Ensure adequate staffing coverage across all areas and positions for proper administrative and branch operations through replacement schedules and recruitment strategies. 5\. Responsible for properly integrating new staff into the organization through induction and onboarding programs to maintain average employee retention. 6\. Visit different branches to maintain close contact with staff, listen to their concerns, verify uniform usage, compliance with general policies, work regulations, activity validation, and reporting. 7\. Evaluate fulfillment of duties and performance indicators for each position through periodic evaluations. 8\. Responsible for keeping employees engaged through recognition programs, emotional compensation, team activities, etc. 9\. Verify that supervisors, branch managers, and staff submit required reports on time and correctly for proper job execution. 10\. Responsible for enforcing disciplinary actions against employees for administrative violations, deviations from internal processes, or breaches of regulations. 11\. Develop and keep updated all department documents such as organization manuals, procedures, policies, manuals, and formats. 12\. Carry out the annual training plan, ensure its implementation, and evaluate its effectiveness. 13\. Continuously review and propose improvements to salary scales, as well as assist in designing incentive schemes. 14\. Provide requested information to departments for setting objectives or generating reports. 15\. Responsible for the internal communication program to keep all staff informed about organizational developments. 16\. Ensure proper hiring procedures and consolidation of employee records. 17\. Supervise that occupational health and safety protocols are implemented to prevent workplace accidents. 18\. Validate payroll incidents to deliver consolidated data to the administration department. 19\. Carry out processes aimed at complying with labor regulations required by authorities. 20\. Conduct employee termination processes. 21\. Submit monthly performance indicator results. 22\. Organize staff events. What do we offer? Base salary of $25,000 to $30,000 net per month Statutory benefits Gasoline allowance for branch visits Dining facility Working hours: Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM.
