Accounts Receivable Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and organized **Accounts Receivable Analyst** for our office in Coacalco, Estado de México. **What You’ll Do** * Record and validate invoices, ensuring their proper processing. * Effectively track and collect overdue accounts receivable. * Record and reconcile received payments, maintaining accurate records. * Ensure all invoices comply with current tax regulations. * Utilize banking portals and electronic invoicing platforms (such as Buzón E and Carbajal). * Actively communicate with clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits. * Manage accounting ERP systems and databases for efficient operations. **What You Need** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * 1 to 2 years of experience in billing, collections, and accounts receivable recovery. * Ability to manually prepare invoices. * Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, databases, and macro usage. * Knowledge of invoicing and banking portals. * Proactive, organized attitude with a strong results focus. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on-site work. **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that drives progress for businesses and individuals.
