Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Construction Supervisor with experience in finishes—particularly carpentry—to lead construction execution, ensure quality, and propose on-site solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in construction execution with a focus on carpentry finishes. 2. Highly solution-oriented and proactive role for on-site problem resolution. 3. Autonomous decision-making to prevent delays and ensure quality. **Objective:** To supervise and lead on-site construction execution, ensuring compliance with drawings, quality standards, and schedules, with a highly solution-oriented and proactive approach. This role not only identifies issues but also proposes and implements on-site solutions, guaranteeing proper execution of finishes—especially carpentry—with a high degree of detail and control. **Candidates must have proven experience in carpentry finishes.** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate on-site teams, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and specifications. * **Identify deviations during construction and correct them immediately without requiring constant escalation.** * **Propose technical and construction-related solutions to problems arising in finishes and execution.** * Ensure quality standards for finishes (alignments, leveling, fine details, assemblies, etc.). * **Conduct critical reviews of completed work, ensuring zero rework.** * Manage materials, waste, and proper installation. * Track actual progress versus schedule. * Prepare reports (generators, photos, minutes). * Coordinate partial and final handovers. * **Make on-site decisions to avoid delays while safeguarding cost, quality, and time.** **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years as a Construction Supervisor (in finishes). * Demonstrable experience in carpentry and fine detailing. * **Strong on-site problem-solving ability (not merely problem identification).** * **Technical judgment enabling autonomous decision-making without constant supervision.** * Organization, follow-up, and attention to detail. * Leadership capability with crews. * Basic Excel/reporting skills. * Willingness to travel (75%). **Candidate Profile We Seek:** * Proactive—not reactive—individual * Solution-focused—not problem-focused * Strong sense of accountability for outcomes * Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented * Capable of working with minimal supervision **We Offer:** ⁠ ⁠A dynamic and collaborative work environment. ⁠ ⁠Opportunities for professional growth and development. ⁠ ⁠Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and skills. ⁠ ⁠Additional benefits in accordance with company policies.
