Position Summary: A leading transportation and logistics company is seeking an Operations Centers Maintenance Coordinator to supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, plan maintenance tasks, and manage the budget, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Manage budget and procurement, coordinate team, and comply with regulations **LEADING TRANSPORTATION AND LOGISTICS COMPANY SEEKING** **OPERATIONS CENTERS MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR** **WE OFFER** Net monthly salary of **18,000** pesos. · 15-day year-end bonus · 12 vacation days in the first year · 25% vacation bonus · Work schedule: Shift rotation **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in: Civil works, construction, electrical, or hydraulic fields. * Knowledge of: Material calculations, hydraulic blueprints, advanced mathematics, geotechnics, single-line diagram interpretation, construction materials, electrical installations * Leadership skills * Immediate availability **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities and operational equipment. · Plan and execute maintenance tasks to ensure optimal condition of equipment, lighting systems, air conditioning, plumbing, and others. · Manage the maintenance budget and procurement of spare parts or necessary tools. · Supervise implementation of safety procedures at facilities. · Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and local ordinances. · Develop and implement safety training programs for operational staff. · Conduct periodic safety inspections of facilities and equipment to prevent accidents. · Supervise hygiene conditions in operational and common areas of the center. · Ensure adherence to regulations and procedures regarding facility cleaning and disinfection. · Coordinate with cleaning service providers to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards. · Ensure operational facilities comply with environmental and public health regulations. · Maintain records of inspections and audits related to safety and hygiene. · Coordinate activities of the maintenance, safety, and cleaning teams. · Ensure operational facilities comply with environmental and public health regulations.
